Stunky hangs out in the East Province (Area Three) of the Paldea region. You'll most likely bump into this lil' stinker while wandering around during the daytime. Look around grassy areas, that's where they love to chill. Happy hunting!

I caught mine near a cave in the East Province. It's kinda hit or miss, but keep an eye out near entrances and rocky areas. They pop up more often than you'd think!

Actually, I think people make too big a deal out of finding Stunky. Just roam around East Province (Area Three) for a bit. It's not that rare.
