Toedscool loves hanging around areas with lots of water! So, you'll have the best luck finding this lil' guy near rivers or lakes in the Paldea region. I stumbled upon mine while I was exploring near the East Province (Area Two). Just keep an eye on those spots, and you're bound to run into Toedscool sooner or later!

Got mine by sheer luck near a small pond in the South Province (Area Three). They're kinda rare, so just keep roaming around any watery places. Patience is key!

Honestly, just roam near water. I've heard they're easier to find at night, but idk, could just be a rumor.
