Vitamins are a must if you're trying to max out your Pokémon's stats quickly! You can buy them at Delibird Presents shops found in various cities across the Paldea region. They're not cheap, though, so you might want to stock up on cash first. Also, check out the auction in Porto Marinada, sometimes you can snag them for a better price there!
