Aqua Jet is a super cool move for speed and it's actually a TM (Technical Machine) in Pokemon Violet. You can find the Aqua Jet TM by exploring the East Province (Area Three) near the water bodies. It's a bit of a hunt, but totally worth it for that first-strike capability in battles!

I actually found Aqua Jet TM while I was just wandering around East Province (Area Three), close to the coast. It wasn't even my main quest, I was just exploring and BOOM, there it was. So yeah, explore every nook and cranny, folks.
