Great Tusk can only be found in Pokemon Scarlet and not in Pokemon Violet. It's a version-exclusive Pokemon! To encounter it, you need to play through the game until you reach Area Zero. Great Tusk is part of the 'Paradox Pokemon' group, and you'll find it in the wild towards the end of the game. It's definitely worth the wait because this Pokemon is both powerful and has a unique design!
