Held items in Pokemon Violet can be snagged from a few places! Poke Marts are your first stop; they've started stocking more than just the basics these days. Tera Raid Battles are another goldmine for unique held items, plus they add a bit of a challenge to your item hunt. Don't forget to poke around in the wild, too; hidden items often show up in out-of-the-way spots, especially in caves and near landmarks. Last but not least, trading with friends or other players can get you some pretty nifty held items, especially those hard-to-find ones!

From personal experience, ALWAYS check those random sparkling spots on the ground while you're out exploring. Found an Eviolite once just lying there. Best day ever.
