Mankey hangs out around South Province (Area Two) in Pokémon Scarlet. You'll probably spot them pretty easily cause they're not exactly the stealthiest Pokémon out there. Just wander around that area, and you're almost guaranteed to run into a bunch of them!

Caught my Mankey near the river in South Province (Area Two). It's like they love chilling there. Tip: Go in the morning in-game time; feels like there's more of them then.
