Caught mine at South Province (Area Three) near a berry tree! Just look for places where you'd expect to find snacks, because Morpeko loves them. Good luck!

gotta say, morpeko? overrated. Just grab any electric Pokemon. They're all over the place.

I found Morpeko right outside a town, was totally random. Seems like they don't have a 'fixed' spot but wander around a lot.
