There are a few reasons you could be earning reduced XP in CS:GO. One common reason is the weekly XP bonus limit - Valve has put a cap on how much bonus XP you can earn each week to combat farming. Once you hit this limit, your XP gains drop significantly till the next week. Another possibility is playing in modes that offer less XP compared to competitive matches. Always check the XP multiplier for different game modes!

You're probably playing the less rewarding game modes. Stick to competitive matches for the best XP gains. Other modes might be fun, but they're kinda stingy with the XP.

It's because you've hit the weekly XP bonus limit, bud. CS:GO slows down the XP train once you've farmed a good bit to keep things fair. Just wait for the reset!
