Why can’t I open the console in CS:GO?

Sometimes, enabling it in settings isn’t enough. If you’re still stuck, try adding “-console” to your CS:GO launch options. Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam library, go to 'Properties', then 'Set Launch Options', and pop “-console” in there. This method forces the console to pop up right when you start the game.
