Nah, it's not just V-Sync guys. Make sure you don't have an FPS max setting in your autoexec.cfg file. Sometimes, commands like 'fps_max 60' sneak in there. Open the file with a text editor and check or change it to your desired FPS limit.

If your CS:GO FPS is stuck at 60, it's likely because of the V-Sync setting in your game or graphics card settings. V-Sync, or Vertical Sync, is designed to prevent screen tearing but can limit your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. Head into the video settings in CS:GO and turn V-Sync off. Also, check your graphics card control panel and disable V-Sync there. Another thing to check is your monitor's refresh rate in your computer's display settings. Make sure it's set higher than 60Hz if your monitor supports it!
