Why isn’t Apex Legends working on Xbox?

Quick fix: make sure your game and console are fully updated. Outdated versions can cause conflicts. If you're still stuck, clear the Xbox cache. Power cycle your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then unplug for a minute before plugging it back in.

Just delete the game and reinstall. Worked for me when nothing else did. It's like giving your Xbox a fresh start.

Might sound obvious, but double-check you've got an active Xbox Live subscription. Apex Legends is free-to-play, but you still need Xbox Live to hop into the action.

Oh, the struggle is real! Most of the time, Apex Legends not working on Xbox can be because of server issues, either on EA's side or Xbox Live's end. Always check the server status first. If servers are fine, try the classic turn-it-off-and-on-again with both your console and router. Sometimes, a simple reset is all the technology needs to fall back in line.
