Check if your game files are all good first - right-click CS:GO in your Steam library, go to properties, then local files, and hit 'Verify integrity of game files.' Sometimes files get corrupted and this can fix it. If that doesn't work, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can cause all sorts of launch issues.

Your game's probably fine. Just Steam being Steam. Wait it out or restart Steam.

If you've got any weird mods or custom files, get rid of those. They can sometimes stop CS:GO from launching correctly.
