Pre-release Pokemon cards have a special stamp on them that says 'Pre-Release'. It's usually found in the bottom corner of the artwork. So, just flip over that card and check if you see the magic stamp. It's like spotting a rare Pokemon in the wild; gotta catch that unique detail!
