Well, in my experience, the best way to grab those Glowing Mushroom seeds is during a good ol' spelunking adventure. Make sure you've got a decent weapon to defend yourself, 'cause those underground biomes can be tough. Anyway, just focus on the glowing mushrooms - they drop seeds when you cut 'em down. Easy peasy! To get Glowing Mushroom seeds in Terraria, all ya gotta do is chop down Glowing Mushrooms in the Underground Mushroom Biome. They drop seeds every now and then, so just keep whacking those mushrooms and you'll have a stack of seeds in no time. Oh, and make sure you've got some space in your inventory; wouldn't wanna leave those precious seeds behind!
