Easiest way? Smash some Crimson or Corruption hearts, or Shadow orbs - they often drop Greater Healing Potions. Otherwise, craft 'em by mixing a Bottle of Water, Pixie Dust, and Crystal Shard at a Placed Bottle or Alchemy Table. Don't forget, you can always buy them from the Wizard during Hardmode!
