After defeating the Golem, head to the Dungeon's entrance. There, you'll find a group of Cultists standing around a mysterious, glowing symbol. Simply walk up to them and disturb their little cult meeting by getting close or attacking them. This will trigger the Lunatic Cultist to spawn, and then brace yourself for a challenging fight!
