Yep, you can totally attack two places at once in Evony! Just make sure you have enough troops and generals to cover both battles.
From my experience, yes, you can! I've sent one army to raid a rival's city while another was off hunting NPCs. It's all about management.
Nope, sorry, the game doesn't let you do that. Focus on one battle at a time for the best results.
