Focus on upgrading your ranged troops and deploy a good mix of archers and cavalry. Centaurs hate arrows!
A fully upgraded general with strong attack boosts can make short work of a centaur. Don't forget to scout first!
It's all about the numbers. Overwhelm the centaur with a big army and you'll win by sheer force.
