I tried this myself. Move your money from CashApp to your linked bank account and then deposit it to PayPal. It's a bit of a loop, but it works!

Bad news: you can't directly send money from CashApp to PayPal. Your best bet is to transfer funds from CashApp to a bank account, then to PayPal.
