Direct transfers from PayPal to Cash App aren't supported. You'll need to go through a bank account as a middleman.
Nope, you can't do it directly. Bank account is your best bet for a workaround.
I've done this before: link both to the same bank account. Transfer from PayPal to bank, then bank to Cash App. Easy peasy!
