Direct transfers from Venmo to PayPal aren't possible, but you can transfer Venmo funds to your bank, then move them to PayPal.
Unfortunately, you can't move money straight from Venmo to PayPal. Use your bank account in between.
Trust me, I've tried it! You need to send the money to your bank from Venmo first, then to PayPal. It's an extra step but works fine.
