Kratos is a beast, but King Thor is literally a god with millennia of experience and a magic hammer. Advantage: Thor!
As much as I'd love to see Kratos win, Mjolnir and Thor's godly powers would likely be too much for him.
Kratos would probably try to headbutt Mjolnir and call it a day. Thor wins, easy.
