Currently, the PS5 can't natively stream to Discord. But, you can use a capture card and software like OBS on your PC to stream your gameplay to Discord!

I've managed to stream by connecting my PS5 to my PC using a capture card, then using OBS to stream to Discord. It works great once you set it up!
