Absolutely not! Stardew Valley is the game that keeps on giving. Sure, you can complete the Community Center bundles, marry your favorite townsperson, and deck out your farm to the nines, but finish? Pfft, there's always something new to discover or another crop to plant. Stardew's world is your oyster!
Technically, no, you can't "finish" Stardew Valley in the traditional sense because it doesn't have an end. The game continues as long as you want to play, offering endless farming, relationship building, and exploration opportunities. There are storylines and objectives to complete, but nothing stops you from playing after those are done.
Can you ever truly 'finish' a masterpiece? Stardew Valley is an ongoing adventure, one where the story's end is just the beginning of another.
Nope, there's no real 'end'. But, hitting year 3 does get you a sort of 'evaluation' of your progress. It's kinda like a soft endgame but without actually ending anything.
