You can fly in Valheim, but only in debug mode. Press F5 to open the console, type 'imacheater', and then 'debugmode'. Now press Z to start flying!

Officially, no flying. But you can use creative mode (aka debug mode) to take to the skies. It's a handy way to scout from above!
