Nope, you can't link Stardew Valley accounts across different platforms. Each version is like its own little farming island. So if you start on PC, you can't pick up where you left off on your Switch. Makes each playthrough unique though!

Hard no on that. You gotta keep each of your farms on their own platform. It's like having vacation homes in different ecosystems!

Sadly, Stardew Valley does not support cross-platform save transfers or account linking. Each platform is a separate farmstead in the Stardew universe. Bright side? More farms, more fun!
