I’ve been using both for years and there’s no direct way. Just move the money to your bank account first, then to PayPal.

Nope, you can't directly send money from Cash App to PayPal. You'll have to use a banking workaround—transfer your money from Cash App to your bank account, then from the bank to PayPal!
