Nope, unfortunately, you can't transfer saves from PC to Switch for Stardew Valley. Each platform is like its own little farm island, so you gotta start fresh if you're switching over.

Actually, there's a workaround but it's not straightforward. You need to do some file conversions and use a third-party software to transfer your save file from PC to Switch. It's a bit techy and might void your warranty, so proceed with caution!

Sorry, it's a no-go. Stardew Valley doesn't support cross-platform saves. So, your PC farm stays on the PC.
