Nope, not all cells, like red blood cells, have mitochondria. Most do, but there are exceptions!
Fun fact: Most eukaryotic cells have them, but mature red blood cells are the rebel exceptions!
As a bio major, I can confirm: While most cells have mitochondria, red blood cells in humans don't. They trade powerhouses for flexibility.
