Fences in Stardew Valley are not a must, but they're super helpful for keeping your farm organized! They stop your crops from getting nibbled on by wild animals and keep livestock in check. Plus, they make your farm look neat and tidy.

I never use fences. Animals never actually destroy crops. It's more about managing your livestock, so if you don鈥檛 mind your chickens wandering, you might not need them.

Fences are essential imo, especially for managing larger herds of animals. It's a game changer when you're trying to keep your cows from wandering off. Plus, repairing them gives me a reason to stay on top of my farm's upkeep.

Honestly, fences are more about aesthetics than necessity. If you love a wild, free-range look for your farm, skip them! But if you're like me and want to keep things orderly, fences are your best friend.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
