Fences in Stardew Valley are like the cherry on top of a sundae – not essential, but they make everything nicer! They help organize your farm, keep animals in check, and prevent certain critters from nibbling on your crops. Totally not a must-have, but your farm’s gonna look neat and well-maintained with them.

Fences? Nah, they just eat up resources and time you could spend mining or fishing. I've never bothered with them, and my farm's doing just fine.

Honestly, fences are more about aesthetics and order than necessity. If you're into having that picture-perfect farm or like your livestock not wandering into your crops, go for it. Otherwise, you can totally get by without them.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
