Nope, sadly Among Us doesn't have built-in voice chat on console. You'll need to use a third-party app like Discord for that.

No voice chat on consoles. Just stick to good ol' text chat or use something like Discord with your friends.

Among Us on console doesn't have voice chat. I've been using Discord as a workaround, and it works great!
