Nah, Among Us still lets you type! They added a Quick Chat feature for faster communication, but you can switch back to Free Chat in the settings.

Among Us introduced the Quickchat feature, which limits typing to preset messages. You can still type freely if you set your age above 13 in the game.

You probably have Quickchat enabled. Turn it off in the settings if you want that sweet free typing back!

Quick chat is easier for some, but if you're not a fan, Free Chat is still available in settings.

Quickchat is the main feature. Turn it off for full typing access.

If you're a Among Us player looking for extra stars or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Among Us essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
