eBay no longer primarily uses PayPal for payments. They switched to a new system called Managed Payments. But don't worry, you can still use PayPal to pay for items if the seller offers it as an option!
Last week, I sold an item on eBay, and PayPal wasn't even on the radar. They've shifted to Managed Payments for sellers.
