Unfortunately, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 doesn't support crossover play between PS3 and PS4. You'll need to stick to the same console generation for multiplayer action.

I tried getting my PS3 game to work on my PS4, but no luck. Tekken Tag Tournament 2 doesn't support it.
