No! Just read the manga if you want the real story. The anime gets weird halfway through.
Sort of! The first season starts off sticking pretty close to the manga, but around episode 17, it veers off into its own storyline. If you want the true manga experience, definitely start reading from there!
I've watched both seasons and read the manga. The first season's ending is totally different. The second season is more faithful, though.
