If you don't see the Airship map, make sure your Among Us app is updated. Once it’s updated, you can select the Airship map from the game settings before starting a match.

I had the same question! I just updated my Among Us app, and the Airship map appeared in the game settings. Super fun map with lots of new tasks and rooms to explore!
