Go to User Settings > My Account > Edit > Delete Account. Be warned: once it's gone, it's gone for good!

I just did this, and it's super easy. Click the gear icon, go to My Account, hit Edit, and then Delete Account.

Why delete when you can just disable? But if you're set, head to User Settings, My Account, Edit, and then Delete Account.
