As of now, you can't get the full Discord app on the PS5. However, you can use the built-in web browser to access Discord via discord.com. It's not perfect, but it works for chat and basic functions.

No direct Discord app for PS5 yet! But, you can use the mobile app and connect it via 'Cross-Play' voice chat. Just start a party on PS5 and use your phone for the actual Discord chat.

I personally use Discord through the console's web browser. Not the best experience, but it gets the job done for voice and text chat!
