To brew Pale Ale in Stardew Valley, you'll need to first get your hands on some Hops. Grow Hops during the Summer season, then use a Keg to ferment them into Pale Ale. Remember, growing Hops takes 11 days, and the fermentation process in the Keg takes about 1-2 days. Make sure you've got a Keg though; you can craft it once you reach Farming Level 8 and have the necessary resources: 30 Wood, 1 Copper Bar, 1 Iron Bar, and 1 Oak Resin.

Just buy it from the Saloon if you don't wanna wait. Sometimes that's easier than farming Hops.

Gotta craft it! Grow Hops, use a Keg. It's a bit of a wait, but totally worth it for that sweet, sweet Pale Ale. I did it last summer in-game and it was a game changer for my farm's income!
