Why would you want to use a keyboard? A mouse works just fine for clicking around!

To use your keyboard in Among Us on PC, you can move with WASD keys and use E or Spacebar to interact with objects and complete tasks. Chatting can be done via the in-game chat box using your keyboard as well.
