To use the magnifying glass in Stardew Valley, you don't need to do anything special. Once you've got it (after finishing the 'A Winter Mystery' quest), it automatically lets you spot and interact with secret notes around the farm and town. No need to select it or equip it; it works its magic passively!

Just walk around and keep an eye out. Those secret notes will start popping up like mushrooms after a rain. The magnifying glass does the heavy lifting for you.

Honestly, I didn't even realize it had an effect until I nearly tripped over my first secret note. Stardew Valley's sneaky like that.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
