You can cancel the order only if the payment is still pending or unclaimed. Just find it under 'Activity' and hit the 'Cancel' button next to it.
Been there, done that! Just find the order in your PayPal 'Activity' tab, and if it’s pending, you can cancel it right there with a click.
If the payment already went through, you'll need to contact the seller directly and request a refund. Good luck!
