Just select the food in your inventory and click the eat prompt. Boom, instant energy. Makes mining less of a headache.

I once ate a whole bunch of spring onions I found foraging. Best early game life hack. Cheap energy boost, and they're everywhere in spring. Just open inventory, select, and eat. Stardew 101.

To eat in Stardew Valley, just open your inventory, select the food item you wanna munch on, and right-click (or tap, if you're on mobile). A little bar pops up showing how much energy and health it'll give back. Super easy and a real lifesaver when you're deep in the mines or just out working the farm all day!

honestly never bothered eating in Stardew Valley. Just sleep it off, works every time. Who needs food when you got sleep?

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
