To dig up a Snow Yam in Stardew Valley, you gotta brave the cold! Whip out your hoe and start tilling those snowy grounds in Winter. You can find them just about anywhere once the snow hits, like artifacts. Also, don’t forget to check the Beach with your hoe; Snow Yams love to hide under the sand too.

Snow Yams are winter’s hidden treasures in Stardew Valley. Apart from digging, you can also score some from Winter Seeds. Plant these seeds in Winter, and you might get lucky with a Snow Yam among the harvest. So, plant, wait, and voila—Snow Yam heaven!

Just buy a Winter Seeds pack from the Traveling Cart if you can't be bothered to hunt for Snow Yams. It's hit or miss but saves you from turning every snowflake in Pelican Town upside down.

Honestly? Just dig anywhere during Winter. You’ll stumble upon a Snow Yam eventually. It’s like finding a needle in a snowy haystack, but way easier.
