Getting more energy in Stardew Valley is all about eating the right foods and planning your day. Early on, forage for spring onions south of your farm, fish for energy-rich foods, or grow crops like parsnips and potatoes. Cooked dishes later on provide much bigger energy boosts. Don't forget to upgrade your tools at the blacksmith to use less energy for tasks!

Just eat whatever you find lying around; berries, fish, crops. Literally anything edible boosts your energy.

Sleeping is key! Use up what energy you have and then hit the hay, your energy will be full by morning. Also, keep an eye out for the Spa north of town, a soak there refills all your energy for free.

Honestly, just power through. The real Stardew Valley pros use their energy wisely and plan their farm chores around the natural energy refill you get from sleeping. Eating is for the weak!

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
