Refined quartz in Stardew Valley is pretty easy to come by once you know the ways. You can get it by smelting one piece of quartz in a furnace with one piece of coal. It takes about 1.5 game hours to smelt. Another way is to recycle broken CDs and broken glasses using a recycling machine. You'll randomly get refined quartz this way. Happy farming!
