You add up the values of the cards remaining in each player's hand once someone goes out! Wilds are 25 points each, skips are 15, and all the other cards are worth their face value (1-12 points). The player with the lowest score at the end of the game wins.
In my experience, you tally up the card values left in your hand after a player goes out. Wilds count for 25 points, skips for 15, and all other cards are their face value.
Seriously, just don't get stuck with high-value cards. Wilds worth 25 points can sink you!
