From personal experience, locking doors is as simple as using the sabotage map when you're the Impostor. Tap the door icons, and they'll shut tight.

Locking doors? Easy. Just open the sabotage map and click the door icons. Crewmates will be stuck on the other side!

Only Impostors can lock doors by using the sabotage map. Crew can’t do it, but they can open them once they're locked.

If you're an Impostor, just sabotage the doors! Open the sabotage map and click the door icons. Voila, instant locked doors!
